In order to be entitled for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the same and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is found damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the capital city. Shipping is available all over India.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday.

All expedited orders require a street address.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

 

Please Note

You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse.

Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are responsible for the delay in processing your order.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
